A qualified civil engineer from Government College, Karad, Pradip brings a proven track record of managing and delivering complex, high-value projects across sectors. His deep expertise in handling data center developments and large-scale industrial facilities in his past assignments adds significant value to Conservve’s current and future growth in these sectors.

Santosh Shejwal

Head Design

A structural engineering expert with over 15 years of expertise, Santosh Shejwal stands at the forefront of structural innovation at Conservve. An alumnus of the prestigious College of Engineering Pune (COEP) and a postgraduate in Structural Engineering from Pune University, he combines academic excellence with deep industry insight.

Having contributed to marquee projects with giants like Tata BlueScope Steel, JSW Severfield Structures, Tata Consulting Engineers, and Tata Steel, Santosh brings unmatched proficiency in steel and modular construction. Proficient in STAAD Pro, Metal Building Software (MBS), and AutoCAD, he leads Conservve’s structural design team with precision and purpose. His approach focuses on smart engineering that blends strength, speed, and sustainability, helping reduce material use, save time, and ensure long-term structural performance.

Devansh Babelay

Project Director

With over 12 years of hands-on experience in industrial and commercial construction, Devansh Babelay is a results-driven leader known for delivering complex projects with precision, speed, and excellence. As Project Director at Conservve, he plays a key role in driving end-to-end execution strategies that align with the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Devansh has successfully led full project lifecycles, from feasibility analysis, design coordination, vendor finalization, cost management, and planning to execution and handover. His prior experience with respected organisations such as OM Logistics Limited, CBRE, and UFLEX Group has sharpened his ability to manage large-scale developments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and navigate challenges with a solutions-first mindset.

Nitin Rathod

Associate Director

A veteran of the construction industry, Nitin Rathod brings over 37 years of exceptional experience in leading landmark infrastructure projects across India. A qualified civil engineer, he has successfully overseen the planning and execution of some of the nation’s most iconic developments including international airports, luxury hotels, hospitals, high-rise towers, and commercial complexes. At Conservve, Nitin is driving the company’s strategic growth in the industrial and commercial real estate sectors.

Aditya has successfully led GTM initiatives across geographies, including the US, Canada, and APAC regions, demonstrating his unique capability to build, lead, and scale critical business functions. Nitin Tambe

Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

With 25+ years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Management, and production, Nitin Tambe ensures that every project site is safe, compliant, and aligned with global standards.

He holds a B.Sc. in Physics, and an M.Sc. in Environmental Science, an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS), and an Executive MBA in Safety & HR Management. He has also completed SAP EHS Practical Training, adding a strong digital edge to his expertise in managing enterprise-level safety systems.

As a certified lead auditor for OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004, Nitin brings deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and the development of effective HSE management systems.

He has played a key role in establishing robust HSE frameworks across 40+ industrial, residential, and commercial projects, ensuring operational safety and full regulatory adherence.
