Location: Bangalore
Project: Development of an industrial and logistics park with a land parcel of 90 acres and warehouse area of 2 million sq. ft., for e-commerce, 3PL, and industrial sector players.
Current Project Update: Blocks A, B, D, and E comprising a total area of 1.5 million sq. ft. have been successfully completed. Construction is currently ongoing for Block C.
Safexpress Private Limited
Location: Padgha, Bhiwandi
Project: Development of transshipment with a land parcel of 13 acres and warehouse area of 3 lakh sq. ft.
Current Project Update: The project is nearly complete, with 95% finished and the final 5% of finishing work underway.
Rajapushpa Asset Management LLP
Location: Hyderabad
Project: Development of an industrial and logistics park with a land parcel of 28 lakh sq. ft.
Current Project Update: Construction is currently underway for Block 1.

Location: Echur, Tamil Nadu
Project: Development of an industrial and logistics park with warehouse area of 8 lakh sq. ft.
Current Project Update: Block 1 is complete, while Block 2 is currently under construction.

Location: Ranjangaon, Pune
Project: Development of an industrial and logistics park with warehouse area of 6.5 lakh sq. ft. warehouse area of 6.5 lakh sq. ft.
Current Project Update: Construction of Block 2 is in progress.
